First-Time Orders and Repeat Purchases
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time orders. If you're not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery—items must be unused and in original packaging.
Repeat purchases are only eligible for refunds if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. This policy helps us support new customers while preventing abuse.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) must be provided.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Return
Please contact our team at info@buyhealinghabits.com with the following information:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product (if applicable)
Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or the item arrived damaged).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at info@buyhealinghabits.com.

- Items marked final sale
- Any opened or used products
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
