Thank you for shopping with Healing Habits. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping, fulfillment, and delivery.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status through the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

Shipping Times
We ship internationally. Standard delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- USA, CA: 5–10 business days
- UK, EU, AUS, NZ: 7–14 business days
- Other International Orders: Varies by destination
Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs delays or carrier issues beyond our control. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Shipping Protection
We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout. This protects your package against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
- If Shipping Protection is purchased and your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). We will investigate the issue on your behalf and help coordinate with the shipping carrier for a resolution or replacement.
- If Shipping Protection is not selected, Healing Habits is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier or for items damaged during transit.
Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer. Healing Habits is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Healing Habits is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please refer to your tracking link. For unresolved issues, contact us at info@buyhealinghabits.com. We will investigate the situation and help facilitate communication with the shipping provider. Note: Healing Habits is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
